- What does the 30-day trial include?
- The whole product — every team, your full roster, equipment, custody, QR labels, and recording of in-person deposits and fees. No card required. The one thing a trial can't do is move real money: online payments switch on once you subscribe.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Your account becomes read-only — everything you entered is still there to view and export, and your data is never deleted. Subscribe and you pick up exactly where you left off. No card on file means no surprise charges.
- How do online payments work?
- Through Stripe. Your club is paid directly — playerkit never holds your money. playerkit adds 2% on the charges you collect that aren't refundable — season, late and off-season fees, enrollment, fundraising and store sales. Refundable deposits pass through with no playerkit fee, and no fee is taken on sales tax. See how payments work →
- Can we record payments made in person?
- Yes — that's part of Core, not an add-on. Record deposits and fees however your club actually collects them; online collection is there when you want it.
- What about the modules marked planned?
- Core is the whole product today — the calendar and team messaging are part of it, at no change in price. Anything still marked planned is where we're going, not what we're selling, and each will ship with its own pricing when it's ready.
- Is there a monthly plan?
- No — playerkit is billed once a year, US$180. We show it as US$15/month because that's what it works out to, but the charge is annual. A club season doesn't run month to month, and neither does your equipment record: the value is that last season's history is still there when you open it next year.
